Designed and crafted 10 event posters and 2 certificates, effectively capturing event themes. Helped 4 team members, equipping them with some design techniques and fostering proficiency in Figma, leading to a 20% improvement in their design quality.
Graphic designer - Tinkerhub SJCET

Worked closely with event organizers and other team members to understand requirements, designed about 20 posters. Implemented innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness of promotional materials.
