I am a TAC Engineer specializing in Prisma, currently working at Movate. Over the past two years, I have been supporting customers by troubleshooting critical incidents, handling high-priority outages, and driving issues toward resolution as quickly as possible. My role involves collaborating across multiple teams, escalating complex cases when needed to next level or engineering, and ensuring customers receive timely and effective support during challenging situations.

This is my first professional role after graduating with a degree in Computer Science and Engineering, and it has given me valuable experience in problem-solving, communication, and working under pressure in a fast-paced technical environment.

I am passionate about continuous learning, technology, design, and creating meaningful impact through both problem-solving and collaboration. Whether it's resolving a critical customer issue or designing something that brings an idea to life, I enjoy finding solutions that make a difference.
